Running the NextGen program via Remote Desktop (RDP)

Following the emergency due to the spread of Covid-19, we have updated our NextGen program to allow it to run on Remote Desktop (RDP) sessions on VPN connections between users in remote working and the company workstations where the software is installed. Therefore, all program versions released from April 2020 onwards (version 2020.1 and later) can be used via RDP.

NOTE (1): If licenses with hardware keys (green or red) are used, it is also necessary to have applied the latest update to the keys that we send when renewing the maintenance service starting from the same month of April 2020. If you still haven't received the update in 2020 you can follow the instructions you find here to send the request, specifying that you need the update of the license keys for RDP. If you received and applied the update from April onwards, your keys are already enabled to run via RDP.

NOTE (2): Previous versions of the program (2019, etc.) cannot be enabled to run via RDP.

In case of problems, please submit a support request according to the method indicated in Note 1.
