Startup or runtime problems due to graphical options
If when opening an item with NextGen, the 3D model is not visualized or the program freezes and closes unexpectedly, the problem may be related to the graphical options.
To solve the problem you can try to change the graphic renderer in use, accessing the program options from the project browser, switching from "OpenGL" to "Direct3D" or vice versa.
